First Phase Loan Approval Pipeline
In 2017, HTFVC eliminated its pre-application process for loan requests. Today, we encourage developers to contact Linda Braunschweiger to discuss pipeline projects, timeline for funding needs, and our availability of lending capital. An invitation to submit a formal application will be provided if the project fits our lending model, unit goals, and populations served by the development. We encourage developers interested in developing affordable housing in VC to reach out to us at any time. The following chart showing first phase approvals changes regularly.
