Housing Trust Fund Ventura County has: 
  • funded or committed over $26 million in loans since 2013
  • helped to ensure 1,120 new affordable homes are available to individuals and families in Ventura County 
  • committed to helping develop an additional 656 residences in Ventura County, over the next several years, bringing a total of over 1,600 affordable homes to our community
