Ventura affordable housing complex with farmworker units breaks ground

Housing Trust Fund VC provided a $1.5M loan for College Community Courts. As stated in the VC Star, “​Shovels and tractors marked the May 28 groundbreaking of College Community Courts in Ventura, a 57-unit affordable housing complex with 29 units for farmworkers.”
