Housing Trust Fund VC releases four Requests for Proposals
Housing Trust Fund VC has released four new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to advance our work as the local trusted leader increasing affordable housing options, through low-cost, flexible loans provided early in the housing development cycle.
We invite qualified firms to review the opportunities and submit proposals as noted in each RFP:
- RFP (Marketing) – Consulting Services for outreach and marketing services for a growing Community Land Trust.
- RFP (Consulting) – Consulting Services for development of policies and procedures for internal processes to evaluate land donation, assess liability of land donation, develop NOFA process for working with developers, establish template documents for real estate development, and capacity building strategies for Community Land Trust.
- RFP (Legal) – Legal Services for review of policies and procedures for land donation, real estate development documents, and long-term stewardship of land on a 99-year ground lease documents.
- UPDATED DEADLINE: RFP (Fundraising) – Lending Capital Fundraising Strategy and Implementation Plan for Housing Trust Fund Revolving Loan Fund.
