"The housing affordability crisis is one of the most pressing challenges of our time—and it requires more than just conventional solutions. It demands a united, impact-driven approach where collaboration and investment from the private sector, corporations, nonprofits, philanthropies, and community stakeholders come together to drive meaningful change. Impact investing has a crucial role to play in catalyzing innovative housing solutions that not only address the immediate need for affordable homes but also deliver long-term social and financial returns. By aligning capital with purpose, we can create sustainable, scalable solutions that pave the way for a more affordable and equitable future for all. We invite you to join us and provide your input during our Housing Trust Fund Ventura County Annual Public Meeting.
